When I was undergoing my search for tutorials about the iPhone UITableView object, I came across a great two-part video series that explained everything I needed to know.
The videos are from Nick Myers, who has a few other video tutorial up on Vimeo besides the ones listed here. I went ahead and embedded them below, but you'll definitely want to watch them on Vimeo directly, since they only offer HD when watched on their website. The videos themselves are a little old (7 months), but hey, the framework hasn't changed since then and the information is still relevant to anyone (me) just starting out in the iPhone world.
