One thing we have been doing here lately at Switch On The Code is doing a little bit of podcasting. I know everyone has already listened to all four of our wonderful episodes, so I won't bore you with a recap, but basically we talk about the same types of things we post on. Now, like most geeks we enjoy playing around with new toys and gadgets, and starting up a podcast required getting some gear.
Below you can check a short video of our current setup - video quality isn't the greatest, it was shot from my iPhone. I have also included a list of the equipment and software we use for the people who are really interested. I should mention that we used the USB version of AT2020 for the first three podcasts but was having many issues getting everything to work nicely, so we switched them out for the current setup. We really like the new setup because the audio quality is very nice and we are able to mix in more sources like sound effects. We would easily recommend everything in our current setup.
