Is there BB Code for commenting and replying on the forums? Or do we use strait HTML? HTML anchors seem to work, but maybe we can put what we can use somewhere, kind of like when posting a new topic. All I can see right now when commenting or replying is the code brackets.

For normal users, it shows up right beneath the body of the topic they are posting. For authors you can find it in the input formats right under the body input.

I don't see it. All I see is this box, and the language tag explanation next to it.

Yeah, we don't post anywhere the available markup for comments. Probably a good idea.
